8 Week MBSR Course (In-Person)

2.5 hrs classes once a week for 8 consecutive weeks
Includes a guided in-person full-day mindfulness retreat between weeks 6 & 7 on the weekend.
All materials needed will be provided, including mp3s of guided practices, a PDF handbook and handouts.
Follow-up support emails between classes.
