“The course has taught me to pay attention to the experiential sensation of breathing as a means of turning off the other mental system of rumination, etc. I have also found myself being aware of my own thoughts and experience in a given moment since starting the course, and have found that very valuable I have many more moments of awareness of my thoughts, feelings and sensations in a given day.

I felt calmer at times and I was able to use some of the mindfulness practices we had learnt during my day to approach situations in a different and more effective way.
