Includes a guided in-person full-day mindfulness retreat between weeks 6 & 7 on the weekend.

1 Full Day
In-Person Retreats
For anyone who has completed an 8-week MBSR or MBCT course and would like to attend on-going practice in a supportive group. (Typically 6 hours duration and includes breaks).
The retreat is largely silent with guided practices throughout; body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation including walking meditation and guidance on mindful eating.
